1. Returns

2. Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in the same condition it was in when it was originally shipped. If the item is not in its original shipped condition, the buyer will not be entitled to a refund and will be responsible for both the return shipping cost to us and the cost to have it shipped back to them.
3. Return Process
Upon receiving your returned item in good condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
4. Damaged Items in Transit
Items damaged in transit may be returned at our expense for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at [email protected] with details and photographic evidence of the damage within 14 days of receiving your order.
